View Settings
There are also some View settings in the Notes panel that you can use to improve your overall experience.
Full Screen or Browser Mode
- Under the three-dotted menu button, there are two functions you can use to change the View settings, namely, Full Screen and Open in Browser.

- Here’s a quick overview of what they do:
- Full Screen. Transfers the Note to its separate window within EdrawMind. This lets you work with more space and view your Notes like a normal document.

- Open in Browser. Opens EdrawMind Online’s note interface. The result is similar to opening the Note in full-screen mode.

- In both cases, all edits will promptly sync with the note as added inside the mind map.
Editing or Reading Modes
- Lastly, you can change the View mode to either Editing or Reading mode.
- Editing mode. Allows you to insert elements, change text, and perform all the functions discussed in this guide above.
- Reading mode. Converts the note into a read-only panel. You cannot edit or change any of the content in this mode.
