Add Notes To Mind Maps
Mind maps are great for presenting ideas. However, they’re designed to use as few words as possible, which can make it difficult to include detailed explanations or add critical information that can’t be really shortened.
To address this limitation, EdrawMind provides a Notes feature that enables users to add blocks of text without cluttering the map.
Creating a Note
As explained above, EdrawMind offers a way for you to add more information to your mind map without actually cluttering the actual mind map. Adding more text also usually changes the structure.
So, you can easily attach information to the mind map without actually changing the map itself. It’s a great way to further enrich your content.
Step ❶ Select an element or node that you want to add a note to
- On the floating customization bar, choose Add Notes.
