Insert Elements in Notes
In EdrawMind, you can enhance your notes by inserting various elements, such as images, formulas, and dates. These components make your mind map more detailed and engaging, helping you present complex information visually and clearly. Learn how to insert these elements and make your notes more informative and organized.
Insert Images in Notes
Images are useful for visual learners and can strengthen your note’s message. Inserting a picture into your note allows you to provide visual examples, illustrate key points, or showcase references directly within the note panel.
Step ❶ Click on any topic
- Choose the Add Notes icon from the floating toolbar. Alternatively, click the Notes button in the upper right corner of the menu.

Step ❷ Wait for a new window to appear in the right-side panel
- In the toolbar, click the + icon and choose the Image icon.

Step ❸ Select and upload an image from your local storage
- Adjust the image size or placement if necessary.

Step ❹ You can add other elements such as Tables, To-Do List, Code Block, Highlighted Block, Audio/Video, Mind Map, or Local Files as needed

Use relevant visuals that complement your text to avoid cluttering the note’s layout.
