Real-time Collaboration
Share & Export
After finishing a note, you can share or export it separately from the original mind map. Note, however, the differences between the share and export functions:
- Share. The “Share” function in the Notes panel allows you to “share” the editing of the content of the actual mind map and the Notes you’ve created.
- Export. The export functions let you download the Notes you’ve created into different file types.
Share (Collaboration)
- Use the Share menu to invite collaborators into the mind map/note. This will bring you to a pop-up window, where you can access the following functions:
- Invite collaborators. This allows you to add the phone number and email address to add them as collaborators to the mind map directly.
- Link invitation. Generates a link that you can copy and send to your desired collaborators. For this purpose, use the Copy Link function.
- In both cases, you can share as a Viewer or as an Editor accordingly. Adjust the settings as outlined below.

Export (Download as)
- Alternatively, you can export it through the three-dotted menu button. Go to the Download as menu and choose whether to share it as an Image, PDF, Word, Markdown, or HTML.
