Before going through the steps to make, create, and customize mind maps in EdrawMind, you should first learn how to access help and support so you can know where to go if you encounter any issues. This is to ensure that you’ll have a smooth journey using EdrawMind.

Under Recent or Browse, tap the Settings (gear) icon from the top-right side.

Step ❷

Select Feedback to open your email app. Type your concerns, and the EdrawMind support team will try to respond as promptly as they can.
