How to Use Templates in EdrawMind
Browse through the library of thousands of ready-made templates. Instead of starting from scratch, open a ready-made template, edit it, and download it as your own. Follow the steps below to learn how to get help from the templates.
Search for a Template
Looking for a specific format or design of a template? Just type the keyword of any template, and you will have several relatable designs. Here is how to do it:
- Step 1: Launch EdrawMind on your device
- Step 2: Once open, go to the Gallery from the bottom
- Step 3: You will find several templates from the library on your screen. You can choose from the software suggested. Or, tap the search bar at the top of your screen
- Step 4: Type the diagram name and tap the search icon
Use a Template
Save your time and effort by starting with a pre-designed structure. Everything is set in the template, layout, theme, and design; you just have to edit and make some tweaks.
- Step 1: Open EdrawMind on your tablet
- Step 2: Tap the Gallery option from the bottom of your screen to get ready-made templates

- Step 3: From the list of templates, choose a template of your choice and tap it

- Step 4: Once chosen, tap Duplicate at the top right corner of your screen

- Step 5: Now you will have the template open on the editing screen. Change text, boxes, shape, connections, pretty much everything you could do with a diagram
