You can use one chart to represent leadership and corporate structure. It gives your audience an overview of how things work in the company. Then, dig deeper into departments and more details.
Color-Code Consistency
What the majority of us undermine about organograms is the most obvious - their organization. Blindly adding shapes and throwing colors across the chart will only make it hard to understand.
