At Wondershare EdrawMind, advanced users have a powerful platform to connect their enterprise members across different countries, sectors, and brands. Within an enterprise, members may require different roles and permissions to perform their tasks effectively. This guide will provide users with an overview of the types of roles available, as well as the process of adding and removing people from an enterprise. Additionally, it will cover the basics of enterprise management.
In this article
1. Creating an Enterprise
Upon purchasing a corporate membership, the user's account will be activated automatically. If multiple corporate memberships are bought, a corresponding corporate account will be created for the user. For each multi-seat corporate membership purchased, a new enterprise will be created. To view the different companies joined, the user can click on the Avatar of the Collaboration Version and select Switch to another enterprise.
2. [Enterprise Management] Content
The [Enterprise Management] panel is accessible to users who hold the Owner or Administrator role (refer to Roles and Permissions below). To access this panel, users can click on their Avatar and select Enterprise Management. This panel serves as the starting point for enterprise management.
Enterprises are all categorized based on a user's purchase package (see the Switch to another enterprise option bar under the Account menu). This allows users to easily switch between different enterprises as needed.
In addition to being able to switch between different enterprises, users are also able to edit the name of their enterprise whenever they want. The Order Information, Member Management, and Enterprise Settings sections provide users with important information about their enterprise, such as its purchase status, expiration time, and maximum number of members. The Enterprise Management panel also displays basic information about each member, including their account IDs, usernames, and roles.
3. Roles and Permissions
The assignment of roles and permissions for enterprise members is the responsibility of Owners and Administrators. These roles and permissions can be altered at any time to better meet the needs of the enterprise. Users have the ability to view the roles of all members on the enterprise management page as mentioned before. See below for more details.
